Registration Info
You only need three things to register!
1. Registration Form (need one per team)
- Option 1: Fill out the registration form on the back of the tournament flier and bring it to the tournament.
- Option 2: Fill out a registration form on tournament day at the registration table.
2. Waiver Form (need one per player)
- Fill out a waiver form on tournament day at the registration table.
3. Proof of Age
- Bring a drivers license, copy of your birth certificate, or any document that shows your birth date.
